Ken is a volunteer director and Chairman of LASVP. Ken has been an LASVP Partner since June 2004.

He is a co-founder and former Chairman and President of the Tech Coast Angels, a group of 250 private investors who fund early-stage technology companies in Southern California and mentor them toward success.

Ken has over 20 years of venture capital experience as a General Partner of InterVen Partners, a firm he co-founded in 1985. He has served on the boards of numerous early-stage companies, including fourteen years on the board of Cymer, Inc.  He was a founder of the Caltech/MIT Enterprise Forum, and has served on the faculty of the Venture Capital Institute in the U.S., Singapore, and China.
