Lance Tendler is the CEO of Kennington Ltd., Inc., a closely held business established in 1957 as a men’s apparel manufacturer. Over the years the company has expanded into hotel ownership, mortgage banking, and real estate investment. Lance graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley in 1983, and was a music agent at Creative Artists Agency prior to joining Kennington in 1994. He is a Trustee of Sierra Canyon School, and a member of Investors Circle and the Tech Coast Angels. He resides in Hidden Hills, CA with his wife Karyn, and children Olivia and Will.

Over time, Lance felt a desire to give back increasingly pulling at him.
