Lance Tendler is the CEO of Kennington Ltd., Inc., a closely held business established in 1957 as a men’s apparel manufacturer. At various times the company has been active in hotel ownership, mortgage banking, and real estate investment. Lance graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley in 1983, and was a music agent at Creative Artists Agency prior to joining Kennington in 1994. He is a Trustee of Sierra Canyon School, and a member of Investors Circle and the Tech Coast Angels. He resides in Hidden Hills, CA with his wife Karyn, and children Olivia and Will.

Over time, Lance felt a desire to give back increasingly pulling at him.
