Bianca Philippi is President of Creative Insights, a consulting firm providing expertise in education, marketing, organizational / HR strategies and developing innovative, socially responsible and sustainable business solutions. Her work includes corporate and non-profit marketing projects involving brand identity and repositioning, working with leadership teams of non-profits on cause marketing, sustainability initiatives and to identify possible for-profit spin-off ventures, coaching Executive Directors of non-profits, presenting customized workshops on leadership, career-planning and mentoring, guiding culture audits within organizations to facilitate change, foster communication and improve performance. Other projects have also included conducting donor studies and analyses of giving patterns.
In 2006, Bianca founded The Partnering Project after completing the Partnership Brokers Accreditation Schema through the Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum and the Overseas Development Institute. The Partnering Project is a non-profit venture designed to help organizations across sectors learn about partnering and connect with other potential partners. The Partnering Project helps organizations conduct organizational needs and asset assessments to determine the viability of cross-sector alliances. Through the Partnering Project, organizations learn how to host guided conversations to help one another engage in the process of exploring the structure and outcomes of possible alliances. The Partnering Project aids in the design of pilot programs to determine how partners can collaborate for mutual gain. The Partnering Project also offers consulting services to help broker/facilitate partnerships.
Bianca graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with degrees in Art History and German Language and Literature and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She holds an individualized EdM from Harvard University, with a concentration in Non-Profit Management and an EdM in Educational Leadership from UCLA. Bianca is on the board of the KIPP Academy of Opportunity, Centro Latino de Educación Popular, and the American Marketing Association of Southern California.
