Diane has been a partner since November 2004, and is the part-time Executive Director for LASVP.  She is also VP, Client Services for EdTec Inc., a business services provider for charter schools throughout California.

Prior to her current roles, Diane was an independent consultant, working with organizations to accelerate growth and improve productivity by bringing structure, tools, focus and leadership to strategic decision-making and organizational change.   She also spent 10 years with Bank of America.

She was the Co-Executive Director and a board member of Community Consulting Teams in Atlanta, and has been a volunteer consultant to nonprofits in Atlanta, San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles where she has lived. She earned an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and a BA with honors in Management Science from UC San Diego.
