Jennifer has been an LASVP partner since January 2005. Jennifer is a co-founding partner of Blue Garnet Associates, a mission-based business strategy consulting firm that provides expertise in strategic planning, business planning and organizational change. Prior to founding Blue Garnet, Jennifer served as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she developed and implemented business and market strategies, and organizational change efforts for Fortune 500 clients. She also managed grantmaking in housing and community development at Fannie Mae Foundation, and consulted to nonprofits, private foundations and corporate philanthropies at TCC Group.

Jennifer serves as a community funding board member of Liberty Hill Foundation. She is also a volunteer director on the board of LASVP.
