Pamela Horowitz has been an LASVP Partner since September 2004. Pam is a general internist and a Clinical Professor of Medicine, recently retired from a 20-year career at the University of California, Irvine. She continues to practice medicine and teach part-time. She has participated in fundraising events for breast cancer research and recently has helped support the clinical efforts of the Low Cost Effective Care Unit at the Christian Medical College in Vellore, India. Previously,Pam has been active in the National Charity League and currently is supportive of several microcredit organizations (Acción, Heiffer Society, Techno Serve, Oxfam, Women for Women International, and the Global Fund for Women).
