Andy Horowitz has been an LASVP Partner since September 2004. Andy is a 20-year telecommunications entrepreneur and founder (1983) of Office Telephone Management (OTM), a shared-service provider of integrated voice/data telecom products/services to large office building tenants in Southern California. Andy sold OTM in 1995 and is currently consulting, mentoring, and investing in local telecom and startup companies. He is a member of the Orange County Tech Coast Angels, Investors Circle, and chairs the Advisory Board of the Venture Finance Institute of the Claremont Graduate University. |
