Candy Deemer has been an LASVP Partner since June 2004. Candy is a writer, professional speaker, and co-author of Dancing on the Glass Ceiling (McGraw-Hill 2003). She speaks to groups in the U.S. and Europe about how to overcome challenges and achieve their career aspirations, and she teaches in the Executive MBA program of Loyola Marymount University.

A former COO/Co-Managing Director of DDB Worldwide Communications in L.A., Candy has over 20 years of marketing/management experience. She has served on the boards of the American Advertising Museum and Students in Free Enterprise. She is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, and a volunteer director on the board of LASVP.
