Way-Ting Chen has been an LASVP Partner since January 2005.

Way-Ting is co-founder and partner of Blue Garnet Associates, a business strategy consulting firm that works with enterprising clients to create sustainable social change. Way-Ting brings analytical rigor and bridges experiences from social, commercial and public sectors to serve clients pursuing a double bottom line. At Booz Allen Hamilton, she led projects involving business strategy and organizational transformation for Fortune 500 clients. Way-Ting also conducted economic development research and assessed country risk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Currently, Way-Ting serves as Vice-Chair of the California Association of Nonprofits (CAN). Way-Ting holds degrees from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and Swarthmore College.
